memoires d'ordinateur is a quartet for four laptop computers. The software reads the memory that is set aside for the program to run. Each of the performing computers reads the memory as if it were an audio file. The piece is concluded when the software on each computer reaches the end of its allocated memory and crashes.
The idea for this piece was an extension of another of my pieces of software, memread.
